The rear loft amplifies usable area without bloating the foundation footprint, and the kitchen is sized for real cooking, not token appliances. Ideal when you want the ONE story with a future-forward MEP posture. Electric service sizing still depends on your utility provider—something we confirm during onboarding. Delivery remains a separate quote from list price.
Units are factory-built in the USA, RVIA-certified, and delivered fully finished (per factory specifications for each model).
